Everything Your Sanitation Program Needs, Under One Roof
We handle labor, chemicals, compliance, and management so you can focus on what you do best: making food.
Fully Managed Sanitation Labor
Your core business is producing food, not managing a sanitation workforce. Yet without a reliable, well-trained sanitation crew, nothing else runs the way it should.
Elite PCS takes full ownership of your sanitation labor from day one. We recruit, train, schedule, and manage our own people, so you never have to worry about coverage gaps, turnover, or inconsistent results. When someone calls out, we handle it. When standards need to be upheld, we enforce them. Every shift, without exception.
Our teams operate on second and third shift, working afternoons through the night so your facility is clean, compliant, and production-ready when it matters most, whether that's a mid-shift sanitation window or a full overnight deep clean before your first crew member walks through the door.
You don't manage our people. You just walk into a facility that's ready to run.

Chemicals & Supply Management
Running out of sanitizer mid-shift or applying chemicals at the wrong concentration aren't just operational headaches, they're compliance failures waiting to happen.
Elite PCS takes complete ownership of your sanitation chemistry. We source, store, label, and manage all sanitation chemicals, cleaning agents, and consumable supplies in-house. Our trained crew members titrate and apply every chemical at the correct concentration, every time. Inventory is tracked continuously and restocked on schedule, so shortages never catch you off guard.
Safety Data Sheets are maintained on-site and kept current at all times. No chasing paperwork. No gaps in your records.
Your QA team can walk in, review the documentation, and move on. We've already handled it.
Compliance Documentation
When an auditor walks through your door, the question isn't whether your facility is clean, it's whether you can prove it. Missing records, outdated logs, and incomplete corrective action documentation can turn a clean facility into a compliance failure.
Elite PCS eliminates that risk. Our programs are built from the ground up to satisfy USDA, FDA, HACCP, and OSHA requirements, and we maintain the documentation daily, because accurate records can only be built one shift at a time.
Every day our teams complete Pre-Operational Inspection reports, Sanitation Verification logs, chemical use and titration records, and corrective action documentation. Safety Data Sheets are current and on-site. Nothing is assembled the night before an audit. It's already done.
When an inspector arrives, your records are organized, complete, and ready to review, because we treat every shift like an audit day.
Documentation we maintain:

Program Management & Consulting
The large national sanitation contractors will sell you a program, assign you an account number, and route your calls through a regional office. By the time someone gets back to you, the shift is over and the problem has already cost you.
Elite PCS operates differently, by design. When something comes up at your facility, you're not navigating a phone tree. You're talking directly to the leadership team, the people who built your program, know your operation inside and out, and are accountable for the quality of every result we deliver.
We take a consultative approach from day one. We learn how your production runs, where your vulnerabilities are, and what your QA team needs to stay ahead of inspections. Then we build a sanitation program around your facility, not a template we've dropped into a hundred other accounts.
When your needs change, we adjust. When something isn't working, we fix it. No tickets. No waiting. No runaround.
That's not a tagline. That's how Elite PCS operates.
The Elite Sanitation Process
Every shift follows a proven, six-step process designed to leave your facility audit-ready before the production line starts.
Dry Clean & Debris Removal
Before any water touches your equipment, all sensitive components are covered and fully protected. Product residue, packaging materials, and loose debris are completely removed, eliminating cross-contamination risk and setting the foundation for thorough cleaning.
Pre-Rinse
A low-pressure hot water rinse at 120°F removes any remaining residue before chemical application. Water temperature and pressure are precisely calibrated to your specific equipment and product type, protecting your line while maximizing effectiveness.
Chemical Application
EPA-registered and USDA approved detergents and sanitizers are applied at precise, controlled concentrations, never guessed, never improvised. Whether foam-based cleaning or CIP (Clean-in-Place), we match the method to the surface.
Post-Rinse & Sanitize
A thorough final rinse is followed by a full EPCS inspection before sanitizer is applied at required concentrations. Management conducts a final pre-op inspection and visual verification to confirm every surface meets standard.
Pre-Op Inspection
Elite Professional Contract Services management conducts a thorough pre-operational inspection before signoff. Nothing is signed off until every surface meets standard, verified visually and documented completely.
Documentation & Handoff
Complete sanitation logs, corrective actions, and pre-operational verification records are finalized before every handoff. Your QA team receives more than a clean, sanitized facility, they receive the documentation to prove it, audit trail included.
