Our founder

Founded on Frustration. Built on Principle.

The leadership behind Elite PCS didn't come from a business school or a corporate boardroom. It came from over 40 years on the floor of food processing facilities, working alongside some of the largest contract sanitation companies in the country.

That experience made one thing clear: the industry had a problem, and it wasn't the work itself.

At every major company, the same pattern repeated. Frontline employees were treated as replaceable. Clients were reduced to account numbers. Management was unreachable. Problems sat unaddressed for weeks because nobody with real authority was paying attention.

In 2017, Elite Professional Contract Services was founded on a different belief: that a sanitation company could be built around two simple commitments: take care of your people, and actually show up for your clients. Everything else follows from that.

That philosophy hasn't changed. Our leadership is still directly involved in day-to-day operations, still accessible when something comes up, and still visits client facilities regularly. There is no corporate layer between the people doing the work and the people making decisions.

That's not how we started. That's how we're built.

Our values

What E.L.I.T.E. Stands For

Every letter in the name means something. These aren't slogans on a wall. They're the standard we hold ourselves to, every shift, at every client site.

E

Excellence

We don't settle for "good enough." Every surface, every piece of equipment, every inspection is held to the highest standard we can deliver.

L

Loyalty

We build long-term partnerships. When you hand us the keys to your facility, we treat your brand like it's ours.

I

Integrity

Transparent reporting. Honest assessments. We tell you what's happening in your facility, good or bad, because you need the truth to make good decisions.

T

Teamwork

We operate as part of your team. Your production crew and our sanitation crew work together as one unit, not two separate operations under one roof.

E

Efficiency

Fast turnarounds. Tight procedures. We get your facility clean and inspection-ready without eating into your production schedule.

Our Mission

Deliver the Most Efficient Sanitation Service at the Best Possible Price

Keep facilities clean, sanitized, inspected, and USDA/FDA approved every day, on schedule.

What Makes Us Different

When facilities switch to Elite from a national provider or from running their own crew, three things change right away:

You can actually reach us. Management is available. Always. That means Pete, not a voicemail tree.

Programs fit your facility. We don't have a one-size-fits-all playbook. We learn how your plant runs and build the program around it.

We take care of our crew. Low turnover means consistent people at your site who know the equipment, know the layout, and know what your QA team expects.

Elite is a true sanitation partner. Management is always available and responsive.
